The province of Granada, due to its climatic and soil conditions, is considered one of the territories in Spain with the best aptitudes for the cultivation of vines and winemaking, with altitude being one of the particularities for grape production and temperature fluctuations causing the ripening process to be lengthened and improved.

This particularly affects the colour, smoothness and tannic structure of the wines, with whites that are greenish yellow to straw-coloured, clean and bright, with pleasant and intense fruity aromas typical of the variety. The reds, bright cherry red to deep red in colour, are aromatic, pleasant and intense, with hints of red berries.
